Posters for FAA and AVSP should be submitted as an exactly 1 page extended abstract using the SIGGRAPH formatting guidelines. LaTeX and BibTeX class files following the acmsiggraph convention may be downloaded here and a Word Template can be downloaded here. A sample 1 page abstract for a poster can be found here. FAA posters will be published in The ACM International Conference Proceedings Series. AVSP posters will only be presented at the conference.

Full papers for AVSP (4-6 pages) must be formatted according to the Interspeech guidelines. The author's kit for Interspeech papers can be downloaded here. Full AVSP papers will be published in the ISCA archive.

Oral presentations have a 20 minutes time slot, 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. At the conference site we will have a Windows laptop for presentations, but you can also use your own laptop. Please introduce yourself to the session chair and check your presentation 15 minutes before the session starts.
